1. Scope and operator
These terms apply to LoveRadio, operated by Sebastian Faber under the brand SabFabDev, Am Pichelssee 57c, 13595 Berlin, Germany. LoveRadio is a free interface for discovering and opening independently operated live radio streams.
2. Free radio service
Stations, programmes, artwork, websites and streams are third-party services. Their availability, content, geographic restrictions, sound quality and advertising are controlled by the broadcaster or streaming provider. LoveRadio does not guarantee that a particular stream will remain continuously available.
You may use LoveRadio for lawful personal listening. You must not disruptively scrape the service, bypass access restrictions, interfere with security, redistribute or record content without the necessary rights, or misrepresent a station's identity.
3. Optional account
The directory can be used without an account. A voluntary passwordless, Google or Apple account can synchronise favourites and playlists. You must use an identity or email address you are entitled to access and protect access to your mailbox and provider account. Automated or abusive sign-in attempts may be temporarily restricted.
You can request account access, export or deletion through the contact route in the privacy notice. Marketing email is separate, voluntary and never a condition for opening or using the account.
4. Station identity and rights
Station names, logos, programmes and other rights remain with their respective owners. LoveRadio uses directory metadata to identify a station and sends the selected listener directly to the station's source. Rights holders can request a correction, claim or removal through the station and rights desk.
5. Advertising
The free service may display advertising after any legally required consent choice. Broadcasters may also place audio advertising, sponsorship or announcements directly in their own stream. LoveRadio does not control or endorse the content of broadcaster advertising.
6. Availability, changes and suspension
We may improve, replace or remove directory data, features or defective station links to preserve security, performance, legality and service quality. Access may be limited where required by law, rights claims, misuse, technical failure or security risk. Essential account changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law requires it. For ordinary negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the service. LoveRadio is not responsible for third-party broadcasts, external websites, station advertising or failures outside our reasonable control.
8. Governing law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in the country of their habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. If one provision is ineffective, the remaining terms continue to apply.
